I am a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and organisations.

I have extensive experience working in private practice, employee assistance programs and organisational settings. I have supported a wide range of clients with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties and workplace challenges.
